Construction of the future Zamil Group Head Office 'Zamil House' is well under way at the Corniche Road in the city of Al Khobar. It is forecast to complete on schedule in the year 2010. The 17 storey building will be fitted with the most advanced lighting, monitoring and telecommunication systems.

In addition to its appealing classical look, Zamil House will feature the first high rise structural steel building, similar to Zamil Tower in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. Zamil Group Holding Company will relocate to 'Zamil House' as soon as the building is made ready.
